| When in-home or assisted living is no longer enough, residents may require 24 hour care. Long-term care residents receive supervision by professional nurses and staff to meet their needs. Daybreak Venture also offers consultations by our in-house therapy team to determine if therapy may be beneficial in improving quality of health and life.
Daybreak Venture operates over sixty-five facilities throughout Texas, making us one of the State’s largest providers of long-term and assisted living rehabilitative care. However, our goal is not to be the largest, our goal is to be the best. Our facilities vary in size, from small forty bed facilities to facilities with more than two hundred residents. Each of our homes is directed by an experienced Administrator whose leadership reflects our steadfast focus on providing the best possible patient care. Our Administrators are encouraged to base the operation of their homes on the unique needs of the residents within their communities. |
