Kleberg County Nursing & Rehabilitation is located at 316 General Cavazos, Kingsville, Texas. Our facility is an important part of Kingsville history and an active participant in community functions, proudly serving the Kingsville community since July 7, 1966. We are licensed for 162 beds, providing services to Private Pay, Medicare and Medicaid recipients.

Skilled services include a full range of nursing services such as: IV Therapy, Wound Care, Oncology Care, Ostomy Care along with a complete rehabilitation program which includes Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy,  and Speech Therapy.
