Spring Oaks Nursing & Rehabilitation is a 120 bed facility, licensed and certified to accept Medicare and Medicaid recipients as well as private insurance and private pay residents.

Spring Oaks provides a skilled, caring nursing department 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to address the medical needs of our residents and to assist with all activities of daily living. We are experienced in meeting the medical, nutritional and emotional needs of our residents. We have an active Family Council and Resident Council to provide ongoing support. Our interdisciplinary team of caring professionals strives to promote well-being and quality of life by providing individualized care plans unique to each resident. Many of our dedicated, hard-working staff members have been serving the residents and families of Spring Oaks for several years.
