Located on Lamar St., south of Interstate 20, Nolan Nursing & Rehabilitation boasts a tree-lined parking lot and driveway to welcome visitors and residents alike. Upon entering our front foyer you will be greeted warmly not only by staff but also by residents enjoying one of the many fun-filled, enriching daily activities we provide in our spacious, carpeted reception room.

Nolan Nursing & Rehabilitation is licensed to care for 78 residents. The facility is certified by Medicare and Medicaid and also accepts Private Pay and Insurance residents.

 The facility also offers an active Resident Council program.

Residents are given a monthly calendar filled with exciting events, suited to individual needs and abilities, which keep them mentally and socially stimulated. We encourage residents to decorate their rooms with personal pictures and furnishings, and we welcome family and friends at any time. We intend our facility to  be a true home to each resident.
