hydration, pain management, and maintenance of intravenous lines.

Wound Care - may benefit patients who have wounds as a
result of surgery, unrelieved pressure, disease processes or trauma.

management, nebulizer treatments, and/or tracheotomy care.

Amenities
We offer convenient and timely admissions. Our Admissions
Director will work with you, the physician and hospital discharge planner (if
applicable) to ensure a smooth admissions process.
Required Records

Physician's order certifying that skilled nursing or
long-term care is medically necessary.

Current medication order.

Special orders, such as diet, therapy and current
treatments.

Medical history and physical exam report.

PPD / Mantoux text for tuberculosis.
