Daybreak Venture operates seventy four facilities throughout Texas, making us one of the State's largest providers of long-term and assisted living rehabilitative care. However our goal is not to be just the biggest but the best. Our facilities vary in size, from small forty bed facilities to facilities with more than two hundred residents.

Each of our homes and nursing home is directed by an experienced Administrator whose leadership reflects our steadfast focus on providing the best possible patient care.  Our Administrators are encouraged to base the operation of their homes on the unique needs of the residents within their communities.
